ABOUT
THE DESIGN PROCESS
With over three decades of experience designing residences and commercial projects in Southeastern Utah and throughout the Southwest United States we are ready to help you with your building project: residential, commercial or governmental. At Taylor Design we believe in a collaborative approach to the design process. We believe that you know what you want and should be an integral part of the design team. It’s our job to give that vision physical form and make sure that it is logical, efficient, within your budget and aesthetically pleasing.
WHAT WE' DO
The design of structures that feature environmental responsiveness, energy efficiency, and affordability. We will work together to create spaces that will be pleasing to be in, move through and which relate well to the surrounding natural and built environments. With a pre-architecture background in Economics and Banking we are constantly aware of the projected cost your project as the Design and Contract phases proceed. Nothing is more pathetic and worthless than plans for a project that one’s client cannot afford to build..
COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
We have designed over 200 houses and scores of commercial structures that have been built over the past three decades. For commercial and governmental projects we partner with Gregg Associates, Inc. of Grand Junction, Colorado. They have been in operation since 1989 and share our approach to designing the built environment. Among our many successful projects are: the Fire Department remodel and addition; Moab’s Southtown Gym; and the Grand County Spanish Trail Recreational Complex. Together we offer over 50 years of combined experience.
